The customer e-wallet app covers the full set of functions: registering an e-wallet with in-app eKYC; linking and unlinking bank accounts and cards; topping up, withdrawing and transferring from the wallet; paying for goods, services and bills; tracking and managing transactions and wallet details; and any further functions built at the payment intermediary's request.
A web administration application lets the payment intermediary's operators monitor and manage e-wallet accounts: creating them, verifying customer details, approving activity, locking and unlocking, setting limits, and viewing top-ups, withdrawals, transfers and payments made from the wallet or from linked cards and bank accounts.
